BF2400 One-Way Clutch/Tension Brake

Model BF2400 is a specially designed one-way clutch and mechanical tension brake assembly that is made for the loader system of a tire press. The Carlson Company manufactures the sprocket using a one-way clutch, shaft, brake, and mounting pedestal. The tension brake is spring applied and always engaged, holding the tire in place before it is moved into the press. Torque rating of the brake is 1400 in/lbs static and 930 in/lbs dynamic. Heat dissipation capacity of the brake is .33 HP at 100 RPM.
