Model CB1000(A) Tension Brake is a brake specifically designed to be placed on textile machinery and hold tension on the cloth web as it is being processed. The design of the brake dictates that it must have a heat dissipation capacity of .8 HP at 200 RPM. It must mount, and be quickly removed from a specific vertical mounting pattern. The brake has a bearing system that can support the roll shaft, and must be no heavier than 22 lbs.
